Our frames are constructed from 100% aluminum for lightness and strength. We use staple-in aluminum extrusions, which allows us to stretch covers tightly over our frames. Finishing our awnings with a PVC insert instead of using unsightly screws makes covers disappear into the frames, while hiding and protecting the staples.
